If you would like to pay extra for an express delivery, just let us know.
For items on hand, I will ship them within 3 business days. Otherwise, pieces that I make on demand or custom made items, I will usually make and ship them within 1-3 weeks.
While we do our best to ensure the delivery address is correct and to avoid loss, we are not responsible for mis-delivery by the postal service.
If you would like to return jewellery that is undamaged and in perfect condition, I will gladly refund or exchange, but you are responsible for covering shipping fees.
I am happy to repair, clean or rejuvenate surface treatments to your jewellery purchase. Again, you are responsible for shipping fees.
